To transform the young yogis in multidimensional aspects of Physical, Mental, Intellectual, Social & Spiritual well-being and that fosters holistic development, which in turn exhibits psycho - physiological equilibrium through developing harmony between the mind and body.


  • To develop awareness of bodily compositions through consistent and steady practices.
  • To equip the members of the Club with basic knowledge about one's own personality and to develop a discriminative mind and ensure to possess psychic stability.


  • To involve in practices of Sukshma Vyayama, Meditation, Cultural Yogasanas, Bending asanas (Hand & Leg balance), Twisting body balance asanas, Balancing asanas, Preparatory conditioning for advanced poses, Yogic breathing, Yoga nidra and shape and mould their personality and transform as better individuals.
  • To enhance the way of lifestyle which is becoming more sedentary, and preoccupied with the multitude of stimuli because of their increased screen time.
  • To increase anatomical lectures which will help them to be compassionate towards their self.
  • To incorporate Yoga as an elixir and enhance self-efficacy, fine motor coordination, visual motor integration, planning ability, cognitive performance which ultimately aids in improved academic progress.
  • To practice yoga daily hence developing self confidence, self esteem, somatic self-awareness, emotional stability and resilience.

International Yoga Day Celebration - 2022

FIITJEE GLOBAL SCHOOL strongly believes in developing both mind and body that helps children grow up into healthy, thoughtful and winning adults.

The 8th International Yoga Day was celebrated as per the IDY protocol by the Ministry of AYUSH.

Our young yogis performed various practices of stretching exercises, Surya namaskar, and yogasanas. The prize winners of the yoga competition were felicitated with medals and certificates.

Yoga helps in physical, mental, social and spiritual well being. It also helps in shaping the overall personality of our students and improves their memory, attention span, focus and concentration.
