Admission Process


(Would open in September 2020 for Academic Year 201-22 Intake for Classes LKG to IX and thereafter in subsequent years for X,XI & XII)

Admission is open to all eligible Indian and International students irrespective of their caste, colour and creed. A very careful selection of the students to be done, and the school demands a high standard in ideas, accomplishments and attainments. FGS has a complete admission process which is to be followed by each and every parent seeking admission for their child.

At FGS we have strived to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress-free application experience.

Detailed Process

Step 1: Admission Enquiry

Submit the online Enquiry Form from the FIITJEE Global School website. The URL link would take the parent to the relevant application section. Alternately, parents may visit the school admissions office for Walk-in query. Our counsellor will get back to the enquiry to answer pertinent questions and further collect the required information.

Eligibility Criteria

Class Entry Age as on 31st March
Pre-KG 2 Years 6 Months+
LKG 3 Years 6 Months+
UKG 4 Years 6 Months+
Grade I 5 Years 6 Months+ and so on...

Step 2: Registration

The parents would be scheduled to visit the school with pre-defined dates as guided by the Admissions Counsellors. On the designated day & date the parents shall visit the Admission Office and get a guided school tour. For those parents who want to skip the school tour can directly buy the online admission form., For those parents who have taken the school tour would be requested to fill out the physical registration form and purchase the school prospectus on payment of the requisite Fee. The same can be done by online mode or in exceptional case through (National Electronics Funds Transfer) NEFT.

Documentation Requirement- Latest Passport size photo of the child and the parent along with self-attested Date of Birth certificate.

For both online and offline forms, complete filled in details to be furnished before submission. The hard copy of the completed form to be submitted to the school.

Step 3: School Counselling Visit & Interaction with the Principal

Parents / Guardians would be invited to visit the school campus for Counselling on pre-defined dates. An Invitation Letter would be issued for the confirmed date. This is for a collective understanding of the culture and ethos of the Institution and fitment of the student. A meeting can be scheduled with the Principal /Management. So, parents can have an interaction with the Head of the school, and top management and ask questions and collect any additional information they require.

Step 4: Test: Assessment/Observation/Interaction/Interview

  • Comprehensive Testing would be done on the Counselling Day itself or later as per batches.
  • In exceptional cases impromptu Testing can be done on special request.
  • During assessment / observation / interaction / interview, Student Invitation Letter have to be produced. (details regarding admit card cum Invitation letter will be given either at the time of submission of Registration form or sent via mail once dates are fixed)
  • There will be assessment on intimated date for students seeking admission to Class I onwards and during the assessment, presence of both the parents will be mandatory. In case of a single parent, the parent who is the custodian of the child, should be present.
  • Assessment for LKG and UKG will be done on the basis of Observation.
  • For admission to Nursery & LKG, there are no tests or interviews just an Observation based Assessment would be done.
    • The teacher observes / interacts with the child along-with the parents. For admission to UKG, an observation / interaction will be held on the same day, as mentioned above.
  • Parents must refer to the links on the website for detailed syllabus and sample papers regarding admission tests from grade I onwards
  • No request for the change of dates for assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be entertained.

Step 5: Form submission

  • For Registration you have to submit Registration Form duly filled at least two days before the date of Admission Test along with the required documents, photographs and the Registration Fee of Rs. 2000/-.
  • Invitation Letter will be proof of Registration and will entitle student for appearing in the admission test/Assessment.
  • In exceptional cases, if you are not able to obtain the Invitation two days prior to the test.
  • The parent needs to submit the filled-up admission form and ensure all documents are in order.
List of documents required at the time of admission and are important to submit along with the Admission Form
  1. Copy of the Birth Certificate (Attach one photocopy (Self attested by parents) of the child’s Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or proof of birth shown in the Passport. Do not enclose Birth Certificate issued by Private Nursing Home / Hospital)
  2. It is mandatory to submit Transfer Certificate (Original) from the last school attended along with the copy of Report Card. (only needed for admission to Grade I onwards)
  3. 4 photographs of student
  4. 2 parents’ photographs
  5. Proof of residence
  6. Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification
  7. Photocopies of all achievement certificates in the field of Academics, Sports, Extra Curricular activities. if any.
  8. Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students.
  9. The Admission documentation booklet / Registration Form must also be duly filled-up (in Capital letter only), complete in all respect and duly signed by both Parents. It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the School. (It is mandatory that parents should fill and submit the registration form themselves)
  10. Age criteria should be strictly maintained. In any case, if the child’s age does not match with the admission criteria of the class, the management holds the right to cancel the Registration Form (Refer Age Criteria).
  11. Date of assessment / observation / interaction / interview will be given at the time of registration or intimated to the parents later on. The same may be changed, without prior notice, by the School.

Registration does not imply admission, which is subject to assessment procedure and availability of seats.

Step 6: Acceptance of Admission -Admission Procedure

  1. The list of selected candidates will be sent Welcome Letters (within 2 working days after the admission test)
  2. FGS can update this list on its Website and may put up on the Notice Board at the School Office.
  3. The admission procedure will be intimated to the parents of the selected candidates along with fee slip via the Welcome letter alone.
  4. It is mandatory for both parents to be present to complete various admission formalities. In case of Single parent, the parent who is the custodian of the child, should be present. Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of the declaration of the result.
  5. Fees, once paid at the time of admission, are not refundable in any case except the caution money (refundable) in case of withdrawal.
  6. The management reserves the right to have the last word in all matters relating to admission.
  7. Once the Fee and documents are submitted, you will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter along with the welcome Note, through courier or E-mail, from the school. This will inform you about further formalities, to be completed, if any.
  8. Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue
  9. Your ward will be allotted the section on the day of admission. The timetable for your ward will be handed over to your ward by the Class Teacher.
  10. Kindly inform the School of your joining date. This is mandatory because Staff need to be informed to expect your child on a particular day and they in turn need to make preparations accordingly.
  11. Teachers will assist your child with the syllabi which has been covered in the class till date.

Step 7: Payment of Fees (Fees Structure)

Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.

Step 8: Parent Orientation Program:

There will be a parent orientation program before the beginning of the new academic session. This program will acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission & Ethos of the school.

Rules Governing the Student Admissions Process

  1. FIITJEE Global School believes in meritocracy and does not discriminate on the basis of community or ethnicity, religion, caste, etc. Admission to FIITJEE Global School is purely based on merit, i.e. performance of the candidate in the Selection Process.
  2. It is mandatory for all parents to attend the Orientation Meeting with the FIITJEE Global School Management – conducted on the School campus when the student is attending the Admission Selection Process.
  3. Both the parents of the candidate should be present at the School Campus for an interaction with the School Management. In case, if any one of the Parents is unable to come to the School on the day of Admissions, then a 'No Objection Certificate' by the absentee parent should be submitted to the School - stating that the absentee parent has “No Objection” to their child joining the School in the event of the child being granted Admission.
  4. In the case of a single parent –If one/both the parents of the candidates has expired, an attested copy of the Death Certificate has to be submitted along with the student’s Registration Form.
  5. If the parent is a Divorcee, the relevant legal documents regarding the guardianship of the child, visitation rights of parents – must be submitted along with student’s Registration Form.
  6. The results of the Admission would be declared one day later or the same – and the whole process will be complete by maximum two days’ time.
  7. The School does not accept any Recommendations for grant of admissions. Parents should note that any such manoeuvres will only lead to the disqualification of the student's application.
  8. The parents of a candidate, who is selected for admission, would have to collect the admission letter issued by the School Authorities and complete the formalities of admission at the School office and procurement of uniforms from the vendor, etc. as directed.
  9. The School Admission Fee and First Instalment of Annual School Fee has to be paid to the School - within the stipulated time (as mentioned in the letter of admission), failing which the admission would be offered to the candidate who is next in the order of merit in the selection process.
    1. Subsequent instalments should be paid as per schedule published and communicated from time to time.
    2. Refundable Caution Deposit would be collected before entry into school prior to commencement of classes. This would be refunded without interest at the time the student leaves the school.
  10. Once the fees are paid, the candidate is provisionally admitted to the school and admission of the student to FIITJEE Global School will be complete only after the parents submit the ‘Original Transfer Certificate' of the child that is issued by the previous School and other statutory documents like Aadhar to FIITJEE Global School on or before the date of joining the School during the 1st week of April or June, as the case may be, during any Academic year.
  11. If the Transfer Certificate is not submitted at the time of joining FIITJEE Global School, the provisional admission granted to the candidate by FIITJEE Global School will stand cancelled and under such circumstances, the fee already paid by the parents / guardians would not be refunded by the school to the parents.
  12. If the selected candidate fails to join FIITJEE Global School for whatever reasons, after paying the admission fee and 1st instalment of School Fee, the fees already paid to the School will not be refunded to the parent ; the same fee is not transferrable to any other candidate and the un-availed admission does not hold good for the successive academic year/years too.
  13. The school management reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the rules and regulations and formulate new rules from time to time, which will be duly notified to all the parents / candidates.
